About the event

Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese) is a slow and gentle walk in nature, where we use our senses to notice our environment and our place in it.

Being in nature, and specifically with trees, has been proven to have a myriad of health benefits. It can lower blood pressure, boost our immune system, help with anxiety and depression, increase our creativity and make us more generous.

On booking, I will send you details of where we should meet, including the What Three Words. Please wear comfy clothes and sturdy shoes. This is not a long walk, it's a slow meander.

Do bring a drink and a snack, if you would like to.

A donation is made to the Woodland Trust for each ticket purchased.

I (Beverley) am currently studying for my Forest Bathing Practitioner qualification with Nature and Therapy UK.
